Nestled in the heart of downtown Perry, the Gilmer Cottage project is a true reflection of eclectic charm and vibrant personality. This quaint home celebrates our clients’ love for art and color, with playful patterns, layered textures, and custom fabrics filling each space with warmth and character.

One of our favorite features is the hallway—a cheerful link between the home’s spaces, brought to life by a bright, expressive wallpaper that adds a touch of whimsy and warmth. Most of the main seating areas feature custom upholstery, where the fabrics are thoughtfully selected by our Cossart Design Team to blend comfort and creativity. Newly renovated bathrooms bring a fresh, modern touch while honoring the home's timeless appeal.
